Shipping policy

Shipping is not included in price of items. All items will ship within 5-7 business days from time of purchase. 

At Crone & Cauldron in each item is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely to you. Once a package leaves our hands and is in the possession of USPS, we are no longer responsible for any loss, damages, or delays that may occur in transit. 

Please note:

• All packages are shipped with $100 of USPS insurance included.
• If your order arrives damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim directly with USPS.
• We recommend taking clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging, as USPS will require this documentation when processing your claim.
• We are happy to provide any additional shipping details or support you may need to assist in the claims process.
